Xpress™ Human CXCR5 Overexpression Cell Line (HEK293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney HEK293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. CXCR5 HEK293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CXCR5 into HEK293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CXCR5 (C-X-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 5) is a G protein-coupled receptor that guides B cell migration and positioning in lymphoid follicles. It is involved in immune responses and implicated in autoimmune diseases and lymphomas.
