The CXCR6 overexpression cell line is a gene-engineered model based on customer needs, suitable for studying immune responses and tumor microenvironments.
CXCR6 HEK293 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (HEK293) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. CXCR6 HEK293 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CXCR6 into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The CXCR6 gene encodes a chemokine receptor involved in immune cell homing and tumor infiltration, especially in T cells and natural killer T (NKT) cells. CXCR6 is implicated in chronic inflammation, cancer immunology, and viral pathogenesis including HIV and SARS-CoV-2.
