The Xpress™ FCAR BAF3 cell line offers an ideal model for IgA-Fc receptor research, supporting various immune experiments and aiding scientific progress.
Xpress™ Human FCAR over-expressing cell line (BAF3) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B cell line BAF3 based on customers’ requirement. FCAR BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human FCAR into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The FCAR gene (also known as CD89) encodes the Fc alpha receptor for IgA, which mediates immune effector functions such as phagocytosis and cytokine release. It plays critical roles in mucosal immunity, autoimmune diseases, and antibody-based therapy responses. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
