Xpress™ Human FGFR2 over-expressing BAF3 cells are ideal for evaluating FGFR2-mediated signaling, cancer progression, and targeted drug screening.
Xpress™ Human FGFR2 Overexpression Cell Line (BAF3) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B cell Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. FGFR2 BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human FGFR2 into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
FGFR2 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in cellular proliferation, differentiation, and angiogenesis. Aberrant FGFR2 signaling is implicated in oncogenesis of various cancers such as endometrial, breast, and gastric cancer. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
