The Xpress™ Human PLXNB1 Overexpression Cell Line (293T) provides a model for analyzing semaphorin-plexin signaling in neural and cancer research.
Human PLXNB1 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. PLXNB1 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human PLXNB1 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT‑PCR.
Target
The PLXNB1 gene encodes Plexin‑B1, a transmembrane receptor for class 4 semaphorins that governs cytoskeletal remodeling via Rho family GTPases. Aberrant PLXNB1 signaling drives cell migration, invasion, and metastasis in prostate, breast, and ovarian cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
