The Human PVRIG Overexpression Cell Line based on CHOK1 cells supports immunotherapy research and aids in the in vitro characterization of the PVRIG-CD.
Xpress™ Human PVRIG over-expressing cell line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human PVRIG overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human PVRIG into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
PVRIG (Poliovirus receptor-related immunoglobulin domain-containing) is an immune checkpoint receptor that binds to PVRL2 (CD112) and negatively regulates T cell activation. It is considered a novel immune inhibitory molecule contributing to immune escape in tumors. PVRIG expression has been noted in various cancers and is a target of emerging immunotherapies.
