The Xpress™ Mouse FGFR2b cell line provides a powerful tool for studying FGFR2b signaling and ligand interactions, facilitating scientific discoveries.
Xpress™ Mouse FGFR2b Over-Expressing Cell Line (CHOK1) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse FGFR2b overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse FGFR2b into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
The FGFR2b isoform is a splice variant of fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 primarily involved in epithelial tissue development and repair. It mediates ligand-dependent signal transduction through the MAPK and PI3K/AKT pathways. FGFR2b is essential in developmental biology and is increasingly studied for its role in epithelial tumorigenesis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.

The FGFR2b CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line serves as a powerful tool to investigate FGFR2b-specific signaling and ligand interactions. This model enables mechanistic studies of epithelial morphogenesis, oncogenic transformation, and receptor tyrosine kinase-targeted therapy. It is utilized for functional screening, growth factor binding assays, and antibody development.
