Xpress™ Mouse GPR75 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from human embryonic kidney (HEK293T) parental cells based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral integration of the full-length mouse GPR75 gene into 293T host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
