Description

AceMag™ Agarose Gel DNA Recovery Kit provides a rapid and efficient method for recovering DNA from agarose gels. It can recover DNA fragments over 100 bp from agarose gels made with TAE or TBE. After the agarose gel is dissolved in the sol, the magnetic beads selectively adsorb DNA fragments. After rinsing, the eluted DNA is of good purity and can be used for downstream experiments such as sequencing, enzyme digestion, PCR, and cloning. AceMag™ Agarose Gel DNA Recovery Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
