AceSeq™ Blood Mitochondrial DNA Kit is designed for isolating intact mitochondrial DNA from blood. The key to mitochondrial DNA extraction is to remove as much nuclear DNA as possible. This kit uses differential centrifugation to obtain relatively pure mitochondria, and then uses DNase digestion and lysis buffer system to remove nuclear DNA in multiple steps, and finally obtains pure mitochondrial DNA. It can be used in PCR and other experiments that require high purity. AceSeq™ Blood Mitochondrial DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
