AceSeq™ Exosome Nucleic Acid Kit is designed for extracting DNA and RNA from exosome. Exosomes are small membrane vesicles that contain complex nucleic acids and proteins. A variety of cells can secrete exosomes under normal and pathological conditions. It is mainly derived from the multivesicular bodies formed by the invagination of intracellular lysosomal particles, and is released into the extracellular matrix after the fusion of the outer membrane of the multivesicles with the cell membrane. All cultured cell types can secrete exosomes, and exosomes are naturally present in body fluids, including blood, saliva, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and breast milk. This kit adopts the precipitation method and does not use a spin column, which can effectively avoid the loss of samples.
