AceSeq™ Tn5 Transposase

Description

AceSeq™ Tn5 Transposase is a highly active mutant of wild-type Tn5 transposase, which can efficiently insert Tn5 transposon into the target sequence. Tn5 Transposase recognizes the inside end (IE), outside end (OE) and mosaic end (ME) sequences of the Tn5 transposase sequence, and in vitro transposition efficiency is highest for fragments containing the ME sequence. The insertion site of Tn5 transposase is highly random, so it is widely used in fields such as in vitro transgene (integration of exogenous genes into host cells) and next-generation sequencing library construction.
