AceSeq™ Universal DNA Kit is designed for isolating and purifying high-quality DNA from various animal tissues, cells, whole blood samples, etc. This kit utilizes our optimized buffer system to bind DNA from the lysate to the silicon matrix centrifugal adsorption column with high efficiency and specificity. Inhibitors of PCR and other enzymatic reactions can be effectively removed by a two-step washing step, and finally eluted with low-salt buffer or water to obtain high-purity DNA. The DNA purified by this kit is free from protein and nuclease contamination and can be directly used for PCR, RT PCR, enzyme digestion, Southern Blot and other experimental operations.
