Mouse bone marrow leukocytes (MBMLC) are derived from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice.
C57BL/6 Mouse Bone Marrow Leukocytes are primary cells isolated from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory mice, serving as an ideal model for studying bone marrow leukocyte subsets and immune cell function in C57BL/6 mice. Following isolation, these cells are cryopreserved. These cells provide essential innate immune defense through phagocytosis and mediation of inflammation, and they initiate adaptive immunity via antigen presentation while supporting B cell development. Bone marrow is also the primary site of hematopoiesis and contains hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) responsible for lifelong blood cell production. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

C57BL/6 Mouse Bone Marrow Leukocytes play a crucial role in multiple research areas. They are used to model hematopoietic malignancies, study pathogen immunity, evaluate bone marrow transplantation outcomes, screen chemotherapy toxicity, and resolve hematopoietic hierarchies via single-cell genomics. This model offers insights into disease mechanisms, immune responses, and therapeutic effects, facilitating the development of novel treatments for blood-related disorders.
