C57BL/6 Mouse Ovarian Endothelial Cells from AcceGen are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
C57BL/6 Mouse Ovarian Endothelial Cells are isolated from the ovarian vasculature of C57BL/6 mice. C57BL/6 ovarian endothelial cells, also known as Murine ovarian primary endothelial cells or Mouse ovary vascular endothelial cells, line the inner surface of blood vessels within the ovary and play a critical role in maintaining the ovarian microenvironment by regulating blood flow, angiogenesis, and the exchange of signaling molecules. In vitro, these cells display characteristic cobblestone morphology and express endothelial markers such as CD31 (PECAM-1) and von Willebrand Factor (vWF). Ovarian endothelial cells contribute to processes such as follicular development, corpus luteum function, and hormone trafficking. They are widely used in studies related to ovarian physiology, reproductive immunology, and pathological conditions like ovarian aging and cancer. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

C57BL/6 Mouse Ovarian Endothelial Cells are valuable in vitro tools for studying ovarian angiogenesis, vascular remodeling, and endothelial interactions with ovarian stroma and follicles. They are suitable for research on reproductive biology, hormonal regulation, and pathological conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and ovarian tumors. These cells can also be used to assess the impact of pharmaceuticals or environmental agents on ovarian vascular integrity and function, contributing to fertility and toxicology studies.
