C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Stomach Epithelial Cells from AcceGen are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
C57BL/6 Mouse Stomach Epithelial Cells are isolated from the epithelial layer of stomach tissue in C57BL/6 mice. These cells form the mucosal lining of the stomach. They exhibit a polygonal morphology and grow in a cobblestone-like monolayer pattern typical of epithelial cells. Stomach epithelial cells contribute to digestion, pH regulation, and protection against pathogens. They express characteristic epithelial markers such as E-cadherin and cytokeratins (e.g., CK18). Mouse stomach epithelial cells are commonly used in research on gastric mucosal biology and gastrointestinal diseases. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

These cells line the inner surface of the stomach and are essential for studying mucosal barrier function, acid secretion, and epithelial response to injury or infection. C57BL/6 Mouse Stomach Epithelial Cells are used in research on gastritis, Helicobacter pylori infection, and gastric cancer development.
