C57BL/6 mouse tail endothelial cells are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
C57BL/6 Mouse Tail Endothelial Cells, Neonatal are isolated from the tail vasculature of neonatal C57BL/6 mice and originate from the Murine neonatal tail endothelium. These cells, classified as Mouse neonatal tail vascular cells, line the interior of blood vessels and play key roles in vascular development, angiogenesis, and tissue perfusion. These cells exhibit typical endothelial cobblestone morphology and express endothelial markers such as CD31, VE-cadherin, and von Willebrand factor (vWF). Neonatal tail endothelial cells provide a model for investigating postnatal vascular biology, endothelial differentiation, and early microvascular remodeling. Studies have utilized these cells to explore wound healing, gene delivery, and angiogenic pathways. Mouse neonatal tail endothelial cells are ideal for studying early-stage endothelial physiology. In vitro, these cells should avoid repeated freezing and thawing during culture. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
