CD1-Mouse Lymphatic Fibroblasts.
CD-1 Mouse Lymphatic Fibroblasts are primary fibroblasts isolated from CD-1 mouse lymphatic tissue. These cells show strong adherence and rapid proliferation with typical spindle-shaped morphology, maintaining intrinsic fibroblast functions, including extracellular matrix production essential for CD-1 mouse lymphatic tissue remodeling and lymphatic tissue structure and function. They provide a physiologically relevant and consistent model for studies of lymphatic stromal biology, tissue remodeling, and fibrosis, supporting mechanistic investigations and preclinical research applications. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thawcycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

These lymphatic fibroblasts provide a reliable in vitro model to study lymphatic tissue remodeling, extracellular matrix production, and fibroblast-immune cell interactions. They are valuable for research on lymphangiogenesis, inflammation, and fibrosis related to lymphatic system disorders. Compatible with standard biochemical and molecular assays such as RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry, they help uncover cellular mechanisms and test therapeutic targets. These cells are also useful for examining lymphatic fibroblast interaction in CD-1 mice.
