Cre-Expressing Human Pulmonary Vein Smooth Muscle Cells are isolated from human pulmonary vein tissue. Cre-Expressing Human Pulmonary Vein Smooth Muscle Cells are characterized by immunofluorescent staining with antibody of α-smooth muscle actin. Each vial contains 0.5×106 cells per ml and is delivered frozen. These Cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
