GFP-Human Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells enable real-time imaging of retinal vascular dynamics, angiogenesis, and endothelial permeability.
GFP-HRMVECs were selected from HRMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided at passage 5). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 16 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
