Description

AcceGen’s HighQC™ 129 Mouse ESCs/RFP are derived from the inner cell mass of 129 mouse blastocysts (at 3.5 dpc) and cultured on γ-ray irradiated mouse embryonic fibroblasts as feeder cells in AcceGen’s Mouse ESC Growth Medium. Cells have been transfected with a lentiviral construct containing a RFP expression motif, and been selected from a clone.
