Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells are derived from the lung tissues of pathogen-free laboratory adult CD1 mice.
HighQC™ CD1 Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are isolated from lung tissues of adult CD1 strain mice. These primary cells exhibit a characteristic fibroblast-like, spindle-shaped morphology in standardized culture conditions. During pulmonary injury responses, the bioactive lipid mediator lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) released from damaged cells activates LPAR1 receptors on lung-resident MSCs (LR-MSCs), triggering their migration and differentiation into collagen-producing fibroblasts. Their responsiveness to fibrotic cues and defined marker profile make them a powerful tool for modeling lung disease and repair in vitro. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ CD1 Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) act as an in vitro model to study lung tissue repair mechanisms, screen drugs for pulmonary diseases, and investigate fibrotic pathogenesis. For example, analyzing their paracrine signaling and differentiation behavior in injured lung models enhances understanding of regenerative and fibrotic pathways, thereby facilitating the development of targeted therapies.
