HighQC™ CHOPWT9 Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell ,CHOPWT9 iPSCs reprogrammed from healthy donor PBMCs using Sendai virus with Oct3/4, Sox2, c-Myc, and Klf4.
HighQC™ CHOPWT9 Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells are generated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells collected from a healthy adult female and reprogrammed into a pluripotent state using Sendai virus–mediated delivery of the transcription factors OCT3/4, SOX2, c-MYC, and KLF4. Morphologically, these cells typically grow as compact, colony-forming cells with well-defined borders and exhibit features associated with human pluripotent stem cells, including relatively large nuclei, limited cytoplasm, and a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio. They express pluripotency-associated markers, with SSEA-4 commonly used for positive identification as assessed by immunofluorescence staining or flow cytometry, and demonstrate the capacity for differentiation into all three germ layers—ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm—under appropriate induction conditions. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ CHOPWT9 Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells, also known as the CHOPWT9 iPSC line, CHOPWT9 human induced pluripotent stem cells, and Human CHOPWT9 cell line, provide a versatile human pluripotent stem cell platform for fundamental research in stem cell biology and developmental processes. These cells are widely used to investigate mechanisms of pluripotency maintenance, cellular reprogramming, epigenetic regulation, and early human lineage specification. They are suitable for directed differentiation studies toward derivatives of the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm, supporting in vitro modeling of tissue development and cell fate decisions.
