HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Healthy Donor supports mesenchymal stem cell research, regeneration, and differentiation in tissue repair.
HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BM-MSCs)-Healthy Donor are primary stromal stem cells derived from young (under 30 years old), healthy donors (male or female), selected for their rapid, consistent expansion and differentiation capabilities. These cells express markers including CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105, and CD166. They possess multipotent differentiation capacity, supporting osteogenic, adipogenic, and chondrogenic lineage commitment under defined conditions. The BM-MSCs also exhibit extensive immunomodulatory activity and anti-proliferative effects against lymphocytes under different conditions. Additionally, BM-MSCs contribute to hematopoietic niche support through secretion of regulatory cytokines and extracellular matrix components. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BM-MSCs)-Healthy Donor serve as a versatile tool for tissue engineering and immunology research. These cells are employed in preclinical studies to investigate tissue repair mechanisms, such as cartilage regeneration in osteoarthritis or bone defect healing, through their multipotent differentiation capacity. Additionally, they support gene editing research, where engineered MSCs express therapeutic factors to enhance tissue-specific regeneration, aiding the development of advanced cellular therapies.
