Description

HighQC™ Human Cord Blood CD34+ Stem Cells (CD34-Depleted MNC) are derived from healthy donors using positive immunomagnetic cell separation. Cord blood is collected in citrate-phosphate-dextrose (CPD) buffer from fully consented donors. These products are ideal for studies requiring a CD34-negative hematopoietic background, including immunophenotyping assays, T cell activation experiments, and differentiation protocols involving accessory cell support. Additionally, it provides a reliable cellular context for investigating the role of non-stem hematopoietic populations in immune regulation and hematopoiesis. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
