HighQC™ Human iPSC From Fibroblast–Juvenile-Onset Diabetes provides an integration-free iPSC model for autoimmune diabetes research and drug. in vitro.
HighQC™ Human iPSCs From Fibroblasts-Diabetes Mellitus, Juvenile-Onset Insulin-Dependent, are disease-specific induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines. They were generated by reprogramming dermal fibroblasts from a donor with juvenile-onset, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. These cells exhibit adherent growth and retain the inherent capacity to differentiate into cell types representing all three primary germ layers (ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm) under defined conditions, and maintain pancreatic lineage differentiation potential to support studies on juvenile diabetes mechanisms and β-cell function. This diabetic fibroblast-derived iPSCs express the key pluripotency-associated marker SSEA-4. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Human IPSCs From Fibroblast-Diabetes Mellitus, Juvenile-Onset RI-Dependent serve as a robust in vitro model to study juvenile-onset, insulin-dependent diabetes. Their pluripotent capacity enable directed differentiation into glucose-responsive cell types, such as pancreatic beta-like cells and hepatocytes, facilitating research on pancreatic development, metabolic dysfunction, and disease-specific mechanisms. This patient-derived system is particularly valuable for developmental studies, compound screening, and toxicity assessment in a genetically relevant context.
