Description

HighQC™ Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood CD34+ Stem/Progenitor Cells (CXCR4 Antagonists) are obtained from donors administered with CXCR4 antagonists, which induce the mobilization of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells into peripheral circulation. CD34+ cells are then isolated from mobilized leukapheresis collections via positive immunomagnetic selection. This CXCR4-inhibitor-based mobilization strategy is especially useful for patients unresponsive to G-CSF. These cells are suitable for a variety of applications, including transplantation, gene editing, and studies of stem cell trafficking, signaling, and retention within the bone marrow microenvironment. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
