Human Stomach Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Stomach Cancer Stem Cells are primary tumor-derived stem cells isolated from human gastric cancer tissues and enriched for populations with strong self-renewal and tumor-initiating capacity. These cells represent a critical subpopulation driving tumor progression, recurrence, and therapy resistance. They characteristically express established cancer stem cell markers such as CD44, CD133, and ALDH1, which are closely associated with stemness and gastric tumorigenesis. In vitro, they exhibit robust sphere-forming and clonogenic abilities. At the molecular level, these cells display activation of key stemness-related pathways, contributing to cellular heterogeneity and adaptability. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Stomach Cancer Stem Cells are optimized for advanced gastric cancer research, including investigation into tumor heterogeneity, metastatic potential, chemotherapy resistance, and recurrence. They are particularly suited for studying signaling pathways such as Wnt/β-catenin, Hedgehog, and AKT/ERK that regulate cancer stemness. Their consistent sphere-forming ability supports three-dimensional culture models for preclinical high-throughput drug screening, functional screenings, evaluation of targeted agents against gastric CSCs, and studies on relapse mechanisms.
