Rat Mesenchymal (Fetal) Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Rat Mesenchymal (Fetal) Stem Cells (R-FMSCs) are derived from fetal rat tissue. These cells exhibit spindle-shaped, fibroblast-like morphology and adherent growth. R-FMSCs express canonical MSC surface markers such as CD29, CD44, and CD90. They possess the ability to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes under lineage-specific induction protocols. Fetal-derived MSCs display increased clonogenicity and immunomodulatory function, offering a robust platform for tissue engineering, immunological studies, and regenerative therapy modeling. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Rat Mesenchymal (Fetal) Stem Cells, a rat fetal mesenchymal stem cell line, are ideal for studying developmental-stage mesenchymal biology, fetal immunoregulation, and multipotent differentiation mechanisms. They support applications in skeletal tissue engineering, metabolic disease modeling, and early-stage transplantation research. They further enable exploration of mesenchymal cell interactions within fetal microenvironments, aiding investigations into stromal support for early hematopoiesis and organogenesis. Due to their higher proliferative rate and immunoprivileged characteristics, they are also valuable in xenogeneic graft models and immunomodulation assays, serving as fetal rat MSCs and embryo-derived rat MSCs.
