Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) supports AML biomarker discovery, drug resistance analysis and liquid biopsy studies.
Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is isolated from adult human bone marrow samples of patients diagnosed with relapsed or refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). The plasma is obtained by centrifugation following removal of mononuclear cells, resulting in a cell- and platelet-depleted fluid enriched in soluble disease biomarkers and prognostic indicators in AML plasma. This acellular plasma contains extracellular vesicles, pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6, GM-CSF, and leukemia-associated microRNAs including miR-155, reflecting plasma alterations in resistant leukemia and the leukemic microenvironment. While non-passagable and non-proliferative, this plasma is ideal for molecular profiling, proteomic studies, and investigating mechanisms of disease progression and treatment resistance. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The products undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is highly valuable in drug resistance studies, relapse biomarker identification, and immune profiling. Researchers can analyze circulating nucleic acids, inflammatory factors, and leukemic exosomes. Its use enhances understanding of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) relapse mechanisms, disease burden monitoring, and therapeutic targeting via non-invasive biofluid analysis. It’s especially suitable for developing liquid biopsy diagnostics and tracking clonal evolution during treatment.
