Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia PB Plasma enables biomarker discovery, immunophenotyping, and therapy evaluation in newly diagnosed CLL patient samples.
Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is obtained from patients at the initial stage of diagnosis, prior to any therapeutic intervention. This acellular plasma product is isolated from peripheral blood and processed under stringent protocols to preserve the integrity of circulating proteins, cytokines, tumor-derived extracellular vesicles, and soluble immunomodulatory factors. Quantification of plasma biomarkers such as IL-10 and soluble CD23 can be performed via ELISA or multiplex cytokine assays. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) plasma is known to contain elevated levels of immune regulatory molecules such as IL-10, BAFF, and soluble CD23. These components play crucial roles in B-cell survival, T-cell dysfunction, and immune evasion, and are important in both disease progression and therapy resistance. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve the stability of cytokines and extracellular vesicles. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

This plasma is suitable for studies on the humoral immunopathology of CLL, biomarker discovery, and cytokine profiling, providing a valuable system for chronic lymphocytic leukemia research. It can support the development of diagnostic assays or therapeutic response prediction tools. Researchers have used plasma-derived factors to investigate immune suppression in CLL and identify potential targets for immunomodulatory therapies. It may also be used in co-culture systems to simulate CLL-derived soluble environments for functional immune assays.
