Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia PB Plasma(Relapsed/Refractory)

Description

Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood (PB) Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is obtained by centrifuging peripheral blood samples collected from the peripheral blood of patients diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have relapsed after treatment or are refractory to standard therapies. CLL is a hematologic malignancy characterized by the accumulation of mature CD5+ B lymphocytes in the peripheral blood, bone marrow, and lymphoid tissues. This plasma is cell-free and contains a complex mixture of circulating cytokines, chemokines, soluble immune receptors, and tumor-derived factors reflective of the disease state. It represents the systemic immune environment during advanced CLL and can provide insight into tumor–immune interactions, therapeutic resistance, and disease progression. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
