Description

Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Bone Marrow Plasma (Accelerated/Blast Crisis) is collected from the bone marrow aspirates of human donors diagnosed with CML in the accelerated phase or blast crisis phase. The sample type is plasma derived from bone marrow after removal of cells via centrifugation. It contains soluble proteins, cytokines, chemokines, metabolites, and extracellular vesicles secreted by leukemic and stromal cells, reflecting the advanced pathological state of CML. Bone marrow plasma from this disease stage is enriched in inflammatory factors, disease-associated signaling molecules, and often exhibits high levels of BCR-ABL fusion transcript products and blast-associated markers, depending on donor pathology. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
