Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia PB Plasma (Accelerated/Blast Crisis)

Description

Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Peripheral Blood (PB) Plasma (Accelerated/Blast Crisis) is obtained from peripheral blood samples of human donors diagnosed with CML in the accelerated or blast crisis phase. This plasma is the cell-free component isolated from whole blood via centrifugation and contains a wide array of soluble molecules secreted by circulating leukemic cells and immune cells, including cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, and disease-related proteins. In advanced disease phases, PB plasma typically reflects systemic inflammation and leukemic burden, with elevated levels of BCR-ABL fusion products and other molecular markers associated with disease progression. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
