Description

Human Crohn's Disease Peripheral Blood (PB) Plasma is collected from human donors clinically diagnosed with Crohn's disease, an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. The biological source is peripheral blood, and the product consists of the acellular plasma fraction obtained by centrifugation to remove cellular components such as erythrocytes, leukocytes, and platelets. This plasma contains disease-specific circulating biomarkers, cytokines (e.g., TNF-α, IL-6), antibodies, and other soluble factors involved in immune dysregulation and intestinal inflammation. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Crohn’s Disease Peripheral Blood (PB) Plasma is widely used in immunopathology studies, biomarker discovery, therapeutic target validation, cytokine profiling, and autoantibody research. It supports preclinical evaluations of anti-inflammatory therapies, diagnostics development, and exosome or miRNA analysis associated with autoimmune gastrointestinal disorders. Moreover, it serves as a valuable resource for exploring the genetic and epigenetic factors contributing to the pathogenesis of Crohn’s disease, aiding in the identification of novel genetic markers and epigenetic modifications involved in disease progression.
