Description

Human Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma PB Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is a cell-free biological fluid obtained from peripheral blood of individuals with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Following blood collection, plasma is separated from cellular components by centrifugation and contains soluble molecules present in the circulation at the time of sampling. This plasma comprises proteins, cytokines, chemokines, metabolites, circulating nucleic acids, and extracellular vesicles, reflecting systemic molecular features associated with DLBCL without containing intact cells. This material supports the investigation of DLBCL diagnostic markers in plasma, enables comprehensive newly diagnosed DLBCL plasma analysis, and facilitates characterization of DLBCL immune plasma profiles. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
