Human Fresh Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Leukopak provides high-quality immune cells supporting autoimmune disease modeling and therapeutic discovery.
Human Fresh Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Leukopak contains leukocytes derived from the peripheral blood of patients clinically diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), a chronic autoimmune disease. Following apheresis and isolation, the cells are cryopreserved. These leukopaks are enriched in diverse immune cell populations, including autoreactive T cells, B cells, and monocytes that contribute to systemic inflammation and autoantibody production. This product serves as a valuable ex vivo platform for studying the immunological dysfunction in lupus, identifying disease-associated biomarkers, and evaluating the efficacy of novel immunosuppressive or biologic therapies. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) Leukopak provides a rich source of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from lupus patients, suitable for studying autoimmunity, T/B cell dysregulation, and cytokine signaling. It supports research on immune cell profiling, biomarker discovery, and therapeutic screening in autoimmune disease. This resource is ideal for translational and personalized medicine approaches.
