Genome-wide CRISPR knockout library covering human protein-coding genes. Stable cells cryopreserved at ≥300x coverage with >99% gRNA representation.
Human Genome‑Wide CRISPR Knockout Library Cells are a pool of human cells with CRISPR-Cas9‑mediated knockout across the protein‑coding genome. Each target gene is disrupted by multiple independent sgRNAs. The stable pooled library is cryopreserved and delivered at ≥300× cell coverage, with >99% gRNA representation and uniformity <10. We provide frozen cells shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, cells must be transferred to liquid nitrogen or stored at –80°C for up to 24 hours, or thawed immediately for direct recovery.

| Quality Control | For library cell pools, sgRNA coverage must be assessed via NGS sequencing, with a general acceptance criterion of >90% coverage. Furthermore, AcceGen performs rigorous quality control on all library cell pools, including mycoplasma testing, bacterial contamination screening, and cell post-recovery viability validation, to guarantee high-quality product delivery. |
Human Genome‑Wide CRISPR Knockout Library Cells enable unbiased, genome‑wide loss‑of‑function screens for nearly any selectable phenotype. They help answer scientific questions such as identifying essential genes for viability in a given culture condition, discovering host factors for pathogen infection, or mapping genetic dependencies in cancer models.
