CRISPR-Cas9 knockout library targeting human transcription factor genes. Stable cells cryopreserved at ≥300x coverage with >99% gRNA representation.
Human Transcription Factor Knockout Library Cells are a pool of human cells with CRISPR-Cas9‑mediated knockout of genes encoding transcription factors, including nuclear receptors and co‑regulators. Each target gene is disrupted by multiple independent sgRNAs. The stable pooled library is cryopreserved and delivered at ≥300× cell coverage, with >99% gRNA representation and uniformity <10. We provide frozen cells shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, cells must be transferred to liquid nitrogen or stored at –80°C for up to 24 hours, or thawed immediately for direct recovery.

| Quality Control | For library cell pools, sgRNA coverage must be assessed via NGS sequencing, with a general acceptance criterion of >90% coverage. Furthermore, AcceGen performs rigorous quality control on all library cell pools, including mycoplasma testing, bacterial contamination screening, and cell post-recovery viability validation, to guarantee high-quality product delivery. |
Human Transcription Factor Knockout Library Cells are used to identify transcription factors that regulate specific gene expression programs, cell fate decisions, or responses to external signals. They help solve questions such as which transcription factors are required for cellular reprogramming or which transcriptional regulators mediate resistance to targeted therapies.
