Library for transcriptional activation of human membrane protein genes. Stable cells cryopreserved at ≥300x coverage with >99% gRNA representation.
Human Membrane Protein Activation Library Cells are a pool of human cells with CRISPR‑based transcriptional activation targeting genes encoding membrane proteins, including receptors, ion channels, and transporters. The library upregulates endogenous expression of these target genes. Each target gene is targeted by multiple independent sgRNAs. The stable pooled library is cryopreserved and delivered at ≥300× cell coverage, with >99% gRNA representation and uniformity <10. We provide frozen cells shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, cells must be transferred to liquid nitrogen or stored at –80°C for up to 24 hours, or thawed immediately for direct recovery.

| Quality Control | For library cell pools, sgRNA coverage must be assessed via NGS sequencing, with a general acceptance criterion of >90% coverage. Furthermore, AcceGen performs rigorous quality control on all library cell pools, including mycoplasma testing, bacterial contamination screening, and cell post-recovery viability validation, to guarantee high-quality product delivery. |
Human Membrane Protein Activation Library Cells enable gain‑of‑function screens to identify membrane proteins that, when overexpressed, alter cell signaling, adhesion, or transport. They help solve questions such as which receptor overexpression drives ligand‑independent activation or which transporter upregulation confers resistance to a cytotoxic compound.
