Utilize Human Gout Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells to investigate immune responses and inflammatory mechanisms associated with gout pathology.
Human Gout Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are mononuclear cell populations obtained from the peripheral blood of gout patients, and primarily consist of lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. Gout is a metabolic arthritis caused by hyperuricemia leading to monosodium urate (MSU) crystal deposition in joints and tissues. Morphologically, these cells are round or oval. PBMCs of gout patients participate in innate and adaptive immune responses, among which monocytes can differentiate into macrophages or dendritic cells, while abnormal activation of T cells (especially Th17 cells) can aggravate inflammatory responses. These immune disorders are closely related to the occurrence and development of gout, manifested as acute arthritis attacks and chronic tophi formation. These gout PBMC enable comprehensive study of immune cells in gout, facilitate peripheral blood mononuclear cells gout characterization, support PBMC analysis gout, and aid in identifying gout blood biomarkers through detailed immune profiling in gout.

Human Gout Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells can be used to study disease mechanisms and develop new anti-inflammatory therapies. They can also be widely utilized in anti-inflammatory drug screening platforms, especially to evaluate the effects of drugs such as IL-1 inhibitors (e.g., anakinra) and URAT1 inhibitors.
