Hepatitis B is a potentially serious liver disease.
Human Hepatitis B PB (Human Hepatitis B Peripheral Blood) are human peripheral blood specimens isolated from donors diagnosed with Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection—a potentially serious chronic liver disease that can lead to liver inflammation, cirrhosis, and cancer. These are non-control (disease-specific) samples, not derived from healthy donors, and are cryopreserved for long-term storage (with short-term storage at 4°C) to maintain sample integrity. The product contains circulating immune cells such as HBV-specific T lymphocytes and B cells that contribute to antiviral immunity or immune-mediated liver injury. It is well-suited for investigating host–virus interactions, immunological correlates of disease progression, and efficacy of therapeutic vaccines or immune modulators. This resource supports translational research in viral hepatitis and immune dysfunction. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis.

Human Hepatitis B Peripheral Blood (PB) provides accessible immune cells for investigating chronic HBV infection, viral clearance mechanisms, and T cell dysfunction. Human Hepatitis B Peripheral Blood (PB) supports studies on immune markers, antiviral therapy response, and inflammation-associated liver damage. This resource enables translational research in HBV pathogenesis and therapeutic development.
