Mantle Cell Lymphoma-Plasma is obtained by centrifugation of blood tissues.
Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Peripheral Blood Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is a cell-free plasma fraction obtained by centrifugation of peripheral blood collected from patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The plasma contains a broad range of biomolecules, including proteins, nucleic acids, extracellular vesicles, cytokines, chemokines, and metabolic factors. The molecular composition of plasma may reflect systemic biological and pathological characteristics associated with relapsed or refractory MCL. Circulating components may include tumor-associated molecular signals present in affected individuals. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Peripheral Blood Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) serves as a liquid biopsy material for translational research on therapy resistance in mantle cell lymphoma. It is used for analysis of plasma-derived biomarkers, including ctDNA-associated alterations, extracellular vesicle cargo, and circulating protein signatures relevant to lymphoma progression. This plasma sample supports studies of clonal evolution under therapeutic pressure, molecular mechanisms of drug resistance, and biomarker discovery in relapsed or refractory MCL.
