CRISPR-Cas9 knockout library targeting human membrane protein genes. Stable cells cryopreserved at ≥300x coverage with >99% gRNA representation.
Human Membrane Protein Knockout Library Cells are a pool of human cells with CRISPR-Cas9‑mediated knockout of genes encoding membrane proteins, including receptors, transporters, and ion channels. Each target gene is disrupted by multiple independent sgRNAs. The stable pooled library is cryopreserved and delivered at ≥300× cell coverage, with >99% gRNA representation and uniformity <10. We provide frozen cells shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, cells must be transferred to liquid nitrogen or stored at –80°C for up to 24 hours, or thawed immediately for direct recovery.

| Quality Control | For library cell pools, sgRNA coverage must be assessed via NGS sequencing, with a general acceptance criterion of >90% coverage. Furthermore, AcceGen performs rigorous quality control on all library cell pools, including mycoplasma testing, bacterial contamination screening, and cell post-recovery viability validation, to guarantee high-quality product delivery. |
Human Membrane Protein Knockout Library Cells are used for loss‑of‑function screens to identify membrane proteins involved in ligand binding, signal transduction, nutrient uptake, or drug response. They help answer scientific questions such as which cell‑surface receptors mediate pathogen entry or how transporter activity affects compound toxicity.
