Description

Human Multiple Myeloma PB Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is isolated from the peripheral blood of treatment-resistant multiple myeloma patients. This plasma is immediately cryopreserved to preserve soluble components relevant to research use. Functionally, this plasma exhibits in vitro profiles associated with drug resistance and tumor cell survival, displays key features related to myeloma-associated immune profiles, and contains detectable levels of resistance-related cytokines (e.g., TGF-β, VEGF) and abnormal M-proteins.
