Description

Human Osteoblasts, Adult are primary bone-forming cells isolated from healthy adult human bone tissue and cryopreserved at an early passage. Morphologically, these cells exhibit a characteristic cuboidal or polygonal shape and contain abundant rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus—consistent with their role in collagen secretion and matrix mineralization. They synthesize key extracellular matrix (ECM) components such as alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Due to their primary nature, these cells have limited lifespans and are not suitable for long-term passaging. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
