Description

Tonsils are the most readily available lymphoid organs and are used as a source of mononuclear cells. Tonsil mononuclear cells consist primarily of lymphocytes such as T cells and B cells and are isolated from the tonsil via enzymatic and mechanical dissociation and density gradient centrifugation.

Used for a variety of applications, tonsil mononuclear cells can be utilized in drug discovery/development, assay validation/development, and other immunology applications.
