Type II Diabetes peripheral blood plasma is obtained by centrifugation of the Type II Diabetes PB.
Human Type II Diabetes PB Plasma is derived from the peripheral blood of human donors diagnosed with type II diabetes. Isolated via centrifugation of whole blood immediately after collection and cryopreserved, this cell-free fluid has no passaging capacity. It is valuable for studying disease mechanisms, including adipose tissue dysfunction, cardiovascular complications, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Genetic associations include TCF7L2 and PPAR-γ polymorphisms. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Type II Diabetes PB Plasma can be used as an in vitro model to study metabolic and vascular pathogenesis in conditions like insulin resistance and diabetic nephropathy. For example, by investigating molecular pathways of adipokine imbalance, oxidative stress, and endothelial dysfunction, Human Type II Diabetes PB Plasma provides a better understanding of plasma-mediated metabolic dysregulation and pathological changes, aiding in exploring type II diabetes treatments.
