Description

Mouse Epithelial Cell Medium is a complete culture medium specifically formulated for the cultivation of epithelial cells. It has been tested and optimized to support the growth and proliferation of epithelial cells in vitro. The cell culture medium is designed for use in a humidified incubator containing 5% carbon dioxide and 95% air. It consists of 500 mL of basal medium, which includes essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, and trace minerals. The formulation is further supplemented with epithelial cell growth supplements, antibiotics, and fetal bovine serum. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
