The Mouse CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD8+ T cells via a negative selection principle.
Mouse Splenocytes CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed for the efficient enrichment of CD8+ T lymphocytes from mouse spleen tissue. The kit processes splenocytes from healthy mice. It targets non-diseased tissue, and the isolated cells are non-passaged, exhibiting a round morphology in suspension. Functionally, CD8+ T cells are cytotoxic effectors of cellular immunity, critical for eliminating virus-infected and tumor cells, with direct relevance to cancer immunization, antiviral responses, and autoimmune pathology. The cells express CD8+. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

The Mouse Splenocytes CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit can be used to obtain purified CD8+ T cells as an in vitro cell model to study the pathogenesis of immune-mediated diseases, viral infections, and cancer, such as HIV, influenza, and tumor immunity. For example, by investigating their CD8+ T Cell cytotoxic activity, cytokine secretion profiles, and response to antigen stimulation or immune checkpoint inhibitors, researchers can explore molecular pathways underlying CD8+ T cell dysfunction. By providing a reliable source of primary CD8+ T cells, the kit supports valuable research into the mechanisms of T cell dysfunction and the identification of research targets related to infectious diseases and malignancies associated with T cell dysfunction, while maintaining consistency across experimental replicates.
